Return Policy
All Items:
Return for exchange or refund any unopened* items within 14 days of invoice date. Items must be unopened* and in new condition for a refund or exchange to be issued. Angel Baby Pets will not issue refunds or exchanges on any opened items. I will not exchange any opened products due to health reasons so make sure about the size you order. Shipping any items back is at customers expense. Customer is responsible for shipping cost on exchange item.
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY PERSONALIZED ITEM. (only exception is due to Angel Baby Pets error so contact us immediately)
*unopened applies to manufacturers original packaging and Angel Baby Pets packaging.
Contact Angel Baby Pets within 48 hours of item received with any defects.
Items returned are at the customers expense. Angel Baby Pets will not refund shipping cost for returns or exchanges. Customer is responsible for shipping cost on exchange item.
*Your request must be sent via email within 14 days of invoice date.
*Your request must include the invoice number, date of purchase and item number.
*Please specify the problem you've encountered with the product.
*Please note the exchange item you'd like or if a refund is requested.
You will receive an email with RMA number, instructions and address to return/exchange item.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. All return/exchange shipping is to be paid by customer.
Products returned without a RMA number will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
If for any reason you are unhappy with an item please call or email Angel Baby Pets at admin@angelbabypets.com immediately even if the item is non-returnable or non-refundable. If I can help I will but no promises!
Shipping Policy
Angel Baby Pets will ship by UPS & USPS carriers. All custom made orders need to allow 3-5 days production time for item to be made. In the event I need more time I will email you and notify you about the delay to see if it meets with your approval.
I recycle boxes and packing supplies so don't be surprised if your order comes in an "Amazon.com" box for example. Your invoice will be packed in your order. You will have the option at checkout if you'd like your order sent as available or sent when all items are ready. This will not increase your shipping charges.

Free shipping on $99.00 or more orders will apply to the 48 connecting states. Any orders from Alaska & Hawaii need to email me at admin@angelbabypets.com to get the correct shipping charges.
For international shipping email me at admin@angelbabypets.com with the products interested in purchasing & shipping address to calculate cost. These purchases will be done manually by the administration of Angel Baby Pets after aproval. Minimum purchase requirements.
